Four principles behind the product
One workflow, not many tools
Service businesses run on a single chain of events: inquiry, proposal, delivery, invoice, payment. Software should follow that chain instead of splitting it.
AI that is grounded and accountable
Assistance should work from your own records, cite them, respect permissions and propose rather than act. Anything else is a liability.
